GetClaw provides installation and configuration services for OpenClaw software on customer provided infrastructure. We do not provide hosting, AI model subscriptions, or ongoing maintenance as part of standard packages.
Our service includes: software installation, initial configuration, messaging channel integration, starter skill setup, and handoff documentation. Custom development, ongoing support beyond the specified period, and infrastructure costs are not included.
You are responsible for: providing valid server access credentials, maintaining your VPS subscription, managing API keys for AI providers, and following security best practices after delivery.
All payments are one time and non refundable once work has begun. We reserve the right to request additional payment for scope changes or additional work beyond the original agreement.
GetClaw is not liable for any damages arising from the use of the installed software, third party service outages, or issues caused by customer modifications after delivery.
OpenClaw is third party open source software. We are not affiliated with its developers. Use of the software is subject to its own license terms.
