We collect information you provide during purchase and the intake process: email address, payment information, server credentials (temporarily), and messaging platform credentials (temporarily).
We use your information solely to: complete the setup service you purchased, communicate about your order, and provide support during the specified period.
Server and messaging credentials are used only during the setup process. We do not store passwords long term. After delivery, we provide instructions for rotating any shared credentials.
We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties except as necessary to process payments or as required by law.
We retain order records for accounting purposes. Temporary credentials are deleted within 7 days of project completion.
You may request deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us. Note that some records may be retained for legal compliance.
